Custom Fabrication of Acoustic Sound Dampening Foam

PLI is a manufacturer of acoustic foam with PSA (pressure sensitive adhesives.) We also produce nonwovens, film, foil and attachment tapes. Pak-Lite, Inc., has a wide selection of acoustic foam for absorption and barrier materials available to block, contain or reduce the transmission of airborne noise from radiating structures. Pak-Lite can die cut, slit, skive and reroll all products.

PLI fabricates these foams and nonwoven materials through custom thermal laminating, wide web laminating, pressure sensitive adhesive laminating, powder-coat laminating, thermal web laminating, extrusion laminating, flatbed die-cutting, rotary die-cutting, kiss cutting, continuous loop skiving, CADCAM cutting, spooling, slitting/rewinding and more.

Our custom laminates provide the form-to-fit necessary for your product to function at peak performance. Vibration control is PLI's specialty and we develop products for automotive and marine application as well as OEM applications to control vibration.
