APPLICATION

Super 52	A general purpose rule with a through hardened body. Available with a drawn edge finish. Hardness 40 - 43Rc.	Paperboard, Corrugated, Good for medium runs.
Super 60 Super 63	This rule has the same characteristics as Super 52. with a harder body giving a longer life and superior strength. Available with a fine ground edge or drawn edge finish. Hardness 47 - 50Rc.	Paperboard, Corrugated, Labels, Plastics. Good for medium to long runs.
Super 80	(Extra Hard) A very hard rule with excellent stability for heavy duty applications. Only available with a fine ground edge finish. Hardness 53 - 56Rc .	Gaskets, Cork, Felt, Plastics & Foils, Excellent for long run work.
NX3 Drawn NX3	Ground This general purpose rule offers excellent bendability as a result of the special decarburization process applied to the body. Available with a fine ground edge or drawn edge finish. Hardness 42Rc.	Paperboard, Corrugated, Labels, Plastics, Business Cards, Medium to long run work.
Flextron	This rule has a soft body with hardened cutting tip, giving an extremely ductile rule for intricate bending and long life on press. Body hardness 20Rc, tip 30Rc.	General Paperboard, Short Run work only.
Nova 360	A general purpose rule which offers excellent bendability available only with a drawn edge finish. For short & medium run work only. Body hardness 36Rc.	General Paperboard, Short Run work only.
Novaflex	This rule has been designed with a unique blended profile between the tip and body of the rule, allowing a smoother therefore cleaner penetration of material. Available with a 54 or 42 degree cutting bevel. Tips are induction hardened and body is decarburized for excellent bendability. Body hardness 35 - 36Rc, tip hardness 55 - 57Rc.	Paperboard, Corrugated, Labels, Folding cartons, Medium to long run work.
Hard Edge	Special steel with consistent bending properties for use on automatic machines. The cutting edge tip has a high hardness that resists wear and stays sharp for long die cutting performance. Body hardness 35Rc, tip hardness 56Rc.	General Paperboard, Short run work only.
Mirror Edge	These cutting rules have sharp and smooth cutting edges for cleaner, more accurate die cut parts. Require less press pressure than other rules. Micro polished bevel for quality die cutting. Fine ground edge finish. Hardness 39-41Rc.	To cut synthetic materials, coated paper board, corrugated board, labels, card stock, recycled board and plastics.
Shaved Edge (NX-70)	This material has uniform hard body for reduced flexing and will take very tight bends, 2pt, .016 x 165 degree and 3pt .016 x 100 degree. A general purpose rule used for a large variety of diecutting materials.	To cut paperboard, corrugated board, labels, business cards, gaskets, and felt.
702,702A, 703 & Sure Bend	Ground edge rule products have a sharper cutting edge. These rules cut clean and accurate requiring less pressure. They give a better penetration on most heavy-duty materials.	To cut paperboard, felt, cork, gaskets, and plastics.
SuperCut	A general purpose high rule with a through hardened body. Height range 1.61" - 3.937". Available with a ground edge finish. Hardness 39 - 43Rc.	Paperboard, Corrugated, Plastics, Good for Medium runs.
SuperEdge	A general purpose high rule with a through hardened body. Height range 1.125" - 1.574". Available with a ground edge finish. Hardness 39 - 43Rc.	Paperboard, Corrugated, Plastics, Good for Medium runs.
SuperCreez	A general purpose crease rule with a through hardened body. Precision drawn edge radius finish. Hardness 40 - 45Rc.	Paperboard, Corrugated, all normal commercial work. Good for short to medium runs.
SuperFold	A general purpose crease rule with a through hardened body. Precision drawn edge radius finish. Recommended for use on all types of rule processors. Hardness 34 - 36Rc.	Paperboard, Corrugated, all normal commercial work. Good for short to medium runs.
Edge Wave Zipper	Our Edge Wave Rule combines a waved cutting edge with a straight body. Zipper rule manufactured to rigidly maintained tooth and gap. Available in 6, 8, 10 & 12mm pitch sizes.	Paperboard, Corrugated, all normal commercial work.
Cut Crease & Perforating Rule	Both Cut Crease & Perforating rules are manufactured to the highest of specifications using precision equipment & techniques. Available in a wide range of cut and tie combinations.	Paperboard, Corrugated, all normal commercial work.
